We are excited to bring our coffee trailer to your event! Here’s what you need to know before booking us :

We travel up to 45 minutes from our home base in Clayton, NC

We typically book up at least a month in advance, so be sure to reach out early!

We pop up anywhere and everywhere : Schools, hospitals, housing developments, apartment complexes, businesses, parties, weddings-you name it! We’ve even served construction sites.

Fully insured and fully prepared, we’re committed to delivering the best service possible.

We operate rain or shine, adjusting based on the days weathers forecast.

**We are currently fully booked for Carpool & Coffee 2025/2026 school year. Our Coffee trailer is also fully booked through June 2026.
